Why’s this read like satire? Also I looked up the bike they have and it looks only a bit heavier than a mountain bike, so what’s the beef? Just because it kicks out more power than a mountain bike can?
If this isn’t satire then I agree the kid’s an asshole but it just seems like we’re splitting hairs here about the usage, this type of bike should be allowed on both types of trails depending on the limitation reasons of each trail.
Also, putting down more power than a mountain bike can would definitely fuck up the terrain more than a mountain bike would even if they weighed the same.

The noise may also be an issue for local wildlife compared to a mountain bike. Some are loud enough that’s it’s like running a vacuum cleaner.
