    I don’t know what you know, & u don’t know what I know… 🙂…

Half of the population is paralised and propagandised by instagram, tiktok and the national TV, the rest are made to feel very powerless.

This is the case in most if not all third world countries, turkey in particular likes to play the civilized secular role, but in reality, just like all other Muslim countries, government they use organized religion as a tool to suppress those descenting voices, ( while their leaders are probably well aware of the bullshit within those beliefs ), I think a lot of it, a lot of the hate ideology is generated from these harmful teachings, such as the ones found in the religious scriptures

This is just my impression about turkey, correct me if I’m wrong ( although I doubt it because where ever there’s an organization religion there will be discrimination against minorities ), but if you’re a muslim and gay, then you might as well use your hands to walk 😂

yea I am an exmuslim, I am against organized religion generally, you are pretty spot on about the country being run by religious zealots I would like to add that not only religion but also fascism plays a big role in our politics.

one of the best ways to judge a community, an organization or in this case a country, is to see how they treat the opposition, a wise man once said : “in order to figure out who rules you, see who you’re not allowed to criticize”, I think the thing about a tyranny is that we allowed it ( not us me and you ) but our parents and grandparents and ( former generations ), they allowed it to accumulate by letting a central authority have so much control of so many aspects of their lives ( and by extension ours ), so the burden now is on us to take back our freedoms by staying vigilante and reporting on what is planned so it doesn’t happen, but instead we think about escaping , and I’m not saying this is right or wrong, it’s just understandable… because it’s feels like a lost cause, and it feels lonely, like the first people who gonna come after you are the people you’re trying to set free, many people want to be enslaved, it’s so weird…

I’m rambling at this point, if you wanna talk about privacy tech or other stuff my DMS are open, I’m exmuslim too btw :3

I am going to pay back to the community on my own way in the future(activism and mutual aid) but first I need to secure my own safety likely outside of the borders of this country and it’s lonely like you said, tons want to be enslaved because they’re propagandized to think that it was even worse before the dictator. I am a huge privacy and tech nerd myself thanks for the talk
