It looks like they release 250 episodes per year, so in those 5 years you’ll have an additional 1250 episodes, 156 additional days.

I was just basing it on the total number of episodes rather than the actual runtimes. Watching 5 episodes a day every day of each year it would take a little over 8 years to get through 15000 episodes
One Piece has got nothing on Sazae-san. They have been airing Sazae-san episodes since decades before One Piece was ever released.
