Iaranis, I’m not speaking to you directly. Instead, I want to expand on your eloquent and pleasant message.
It amazes me how quickly some are willing to accept age related generalizations and reject generalizations based on other criteria like race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. I’ve been around long enough to understand that all of it is a weird control mechanism. I’ve known people nearing the end of their days that spent a lifetime advocating for all the right things. That should be enough for folks to understand that we are all immature, flawed, and prone to bias; while capable of fostering positive change.
Don’t marginalize anyone, young or old because of their age. We all get the same short life to try to live to its fullest.

I’m used to ours jumping out of the tub.
Or stop making fuel artificially inexpensive?

Sweet, thanks!
Yes, I seek out the most ethical option with whatever I consume. Being fair to people and kind to the environment should always come before convenience and profit. Especially for anything considered a luxury like coffee or chocolate. It would be nice if it was just on the shelf at the store since I’m already there, but it usually doesn’t work that way.
There might be a desire from those that were looking for the top response to let it ride for visibility. I wish most things were as practically packaged as flour.
Edit: Can we do coffee next? I drink a lot of the stuff, and unless I roast my own, there is absolutely no environmentally friendly option. I tried roasting my own. I set off the smoke detector, upset the dogs, and made my house smell bad.
Here’s a link to a page on their website that links to all the streaming platforms.
Pizza Hut prompted me for a (minimum) 18% tip on a take out order. I could see tipping for takeout if it’s a large, complicated order, but this was not. 18% is for standard table service.
I think if that’s the case, I’d get an inexpensive phone with a prepaid plan… and make it clear that it gets turned off if not on call or otherwise pre-arranged.

Half assed audiophile here. I only have two ears. I just want clean and balanced. Two channels is just fine.
The article cerement linked indicates it was likely a live broadcast.
It was fucking delicious, but I think I started to hallucinate.
Kindred spirit, my friend.
I can’t believe I’m saying something positive about them, but they keep about 6,500 guns off planes a year. Irrespective of thoughts on gun control measures, I think most would consider a gun on a plane a credible threat.
They will do whatever they think they can get away with or afford in the interest of maximizing profits. Many believe that it is their primary responsibility to the shareholder.
If I stood up a website with the logo of the company I work for and published a bunch of politically charged lies, I’m pretty sure they’d fire me. They would also quite possibly sue me as to discharge any liability on their side.
But there was good news, too. Pesticides presented little to worry about in nearly two-thirds of the foods, including nearly all of the organic ones. Also encouraging: the largest risks are caused by just a few pesticides, concentrated in a handful of foods, grown on a small fraction of US farmland. “That makes it easier to identify the problems and develop targeted solutions,” Rogers says
This isn’t holding up, time isn’t after us.
