TBH I think the best case scenario is auto manufacturers get into the train business. Sure it’d take a while but it makes sense from a mechanical and supply chain perspective.

simple solution: leave your giant ass parking lot at the gate and force everyone onto a walking/cycling path. Might help with obesity problems if people had to use their legs for once.

Really wish they would add in an alert tab to show any replies to posts or comments. I feel like I have to log back in on desktop to see if I should be replying to anyone. Slows down the discussion quite a bit.
Probably wouldn’t hurt to blacklist links from sites known to produce only AI generated articles.
First 3 days on Lemmy I didn’t know what I was trying to do.
Day 4 I made an account and posted.
Day 5 I made a separate account on another instance due to my main instance being slow. Also downloaded the beta for Mlem. It feels more natural now after really diving into it, desktop and mobile!
It all comes down to food. Once we have a collapse of global food supply there will be revolts.
