That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, “as greedy as a pig”.
Privatize education. Get stock in some for-profits your shit friends own like devos, declare everyone else terrorist or on your watch listz watch “woke” chaos, award your new for profits gov contracts. And that’s just education.
Planned parenthood? Immigrant support orgs? The “wrong” religious orgs(while you conveniently get kick backs from those allowed to be in favor)…
It’s not that hard to solve the equation here, it’s simple corruption, destruction of opposition targets, retribution, and delivering your masses the lion matinee they voted for. Like every authoritarian ever.

I would encourage you to learn more before sharing; there may be treatment options, you might have a cancer that is very treatable, unknown or untreatable. Likelihoods and timelines are the most important thing that your family will want to know; sharing “stage 2 cancer type x and this is a general treatment plan and timeline” is a very different conversation from “I have cancer, don’t know what type, the timeline or likelihoods of outcomes”.
It may be different for you and your family but that can really help your family receive, process the news and support you how you need.
Corporate media will be ever more obsequious to get access. Military presence for “safety” in certain cities labeled “dangerous” which all happen to be progressive. Then the self-censorship starts. Then people stop being able speak freely, let alone thinking a rule of law exists. Then it’s “underground” to have an honest conversation about politics. We’ll be in Putin’s Russia level of legal system and political speech within a few years.
Making friends mostly at work anywhere causes issues of selection bias, but it doesn’t matter if it’s work, school, church, your local pub, whatever. Balance in most things, as usual.
Trump may beat everyone to it. Bash on immigrants as he loves to since it brings out poor white folks, many of his financial backers are industries like service (hotels, restaurants, Ag) who are already understaffed because they’ve made the jobs so awful only truly desperate or illegal workers will stand them. He will seriously trigger “a day without immigrants” meanwhile upending prices through tariffs that will screw most Americans who are already living in debt and skipping basics. Unfortunately for America, there will not be another election if he wins this week.
The only consolation is that he probably can’t get the (mostly lovely) sounds out of his head either.

The government has been conditioned to give away control so much due to decades of corporate lobbying, spectacular they make a jump probably for social reasons without understanding the technological and economic underlying drivers. I’m sure a $500/HR big 4 consultant will provide them a slide on it in 20 years.
