I wonder if Elon chose a timeframe of 5 years because Yann LeCun won the Turing Award in 2018.

While pi is irrational, there is no guarantee every conceivable sequence of digits will be in pi. However the library of babel contains all letter sequences under a certain length.
I follow mostly EU, but honestly I just watch whenever a game is on. And the tool looks great, I’ll try it out next time I post.
I definitely can. Thought since it’s one of two international event I would give people the opportunity to discuss the individual games, but I can see how it’s very close to the only activity in the community. For me personally I was trying to find some discourse about the games while they were happening that didn’t require me to open Reddit, but alas I failed.
TL put up a fight, but in the end we get G2 vs T1 rematch
I can’t believe they buffed K’Sante.
Honestly inflation seems preferable to deflation to me, as long as it isn’t a very fast inflation.
MAUs are counted by commenters and posters. The stats could just as well show that there are fewer people engaging for the sake of engagement, which was a huge problem last summer.
There is a relic from this system still in use: halvanden (1 and a half). Though I doubt many people know the origin of the word.
The post is satire, but I remember being ~8-9 and trying to create a “game” in Microsoft Word with hyperlinks between documents and nothing else. I had hundreds of documents (each representing a game state) before I got tired of that project.
Fair. No reason making fun of this other people like.
But it does appear that way. And they probably didn’t get any “real” confirmation that the video is real.
The creator of this video also did in-depth reviews of music notation software. After reviewing the free and open source MuseScore he took over the design lead of the project, and it has become considerably better.
Oh, he addressed this within 10 seconds of the video starting. This is what I get for commenting without watching
AFAIK Lemmy counts active users as users who “engage”, meaning they post, comment or vote. Falling DAU/MAUs could be due to users not feeling obligated to engage, and instead engaging when they feel like it.
Lots of good suggestions here. I personally like building BotRK, sometimes even on champions it normally doesn’t make sense on (like tanks). The percentage damage is incredibly useful, and it doesn’t always make sense to build AP %-burn items.
How does this work? I’ve been considering using a Raspberry Pi for Pihole, but I’ve been discouraged as it wouldn’t work for YouTube anyways. How I understand it is that Pihole is DNS, which just blocks certain domains. Since Youtube ads and videos are indistinguishable from a networking POV, it won’t be able to block them. Am I wrong? Is there something I have misunderstood?
Cool answer, but ignores the question, no?
It used to be that they paired a known word with an unknown word, and if you got the known word right you would pass no matter what you wrote for the unknown one.
