Same with No Man’s Sky. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but they buckled down and delivered on almost every promise that they failed on back at release. Not only that but every update since the game came out has been for free. Both No Man’s Sky and Cyberpunk are fantastic games, and they were garbage on release. Bethesda has been doing the opposite approach and avoiding feedback from fans since Skyrim came out the first time.

So if a robot commits a war crime, they can just blame it on AI and call it a day, right? Sounds like an easy way to do whatever the fuck you want.

It’s because the games are mid or worse. Took me one google search to find a plethora of games released in the last few years that had high budgets and sold very well. God of War: Ragnarok, Ghost of Tsushima, Elden Ring, Horizon: Forbidden West, Doom Eternal, Hogwarts Legacy, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, The Last Of Us Part II, and so many more. These are just the ones I played. Just because the only game you guys make is Fortnite after abandoning all your IPs and that your Epic Games Store money isn’t as high as you thought it would be doesn’t mean other people aren’t making amazing games. It’s just you, my guy. I consider myself a patient gamer and I’ve bought more full price games over the last 5 years than I ever have.

It’s more about accessibility. It’s not like they make the games anymore and the emulators they have on the Switch are lackluster. You could buy shit on eBay but if it’s a super niche game it’d probably cost a lot of money. Money that doesn’t go back to Nintendo. It’s not like they’re going to lose money for someone playing a super rare game on an emulator.

So… Almost every single video pre switch besides speed running videos? Where the fuck else are they supposed to play them? By the time “let’s plays” we’re popular on YouTube we were in the time of the Wii or even passed it. And even if they didn’t emulate, they’d have to have bought the console off eBay where Nintendo makes zero money from the discontinued consoles. This is literally just control for the sake of control and it’s why I hate Nintendo.

We’re all against Windows. Fighting amongst ourselves is just gonna turn more people off Linux which is the opposite of what we want. If you’re trying to get people to switch, the last thing you should do is shame them immediately afterward. They’ll just go back to Windows where there’s less of a stigma.

Not the same person, but I do a credit card. It’s a lot easier to figure out a dispute with my card holder over PayPal. Plus I can cancel my credit card instantly instead of risking my personal information getting leaked as PayPal has done before. And if my PayPal got hacked they’d have access to more than just my credit card number.

Without reading, my guess is something convoluted like sending physical mail under a certain weight or sending an email within a certain date that has already passed. Imma go read it really quick and let you know how accurate I was.

Edit: Apparently you can just do it in the settings. But they will still do it “as necessary for transactions.” Which means they’ll probably still do it and just stretch what “necessary” means as far as they take it. Which is equally as shitty.

I’m in the process of this now. I haven’t used Linux in like 15 years so I’m starting slow with my laptop. My goal is to be free from windows on my desktop and laptop before I have to go to Windows 11. I have to use Windows 11 at work and it’s fucking miserable. I can understand some of the changes from a personal usage standpoint, but from a work related one there are so many features that just make productivity worse. I’ve had to change shit in the registry like 7 times just to get some quality of life features that they changed.

My brother was having the same issue. He could call people just fine while his girlfriend couldn’t. He discovered that he can’t call anyone that has an iPhone and they can’t call anyone else.

Hey, I just got a phone call from my brother because he couldn’t call anyone. I have T-Mobile and he has Verizon. Funnily enough our call worked just fine but he couldn’t call his girlfriend. Apparently he has no problems calling people that are using Android but can’t call anyone using an iPhone.

That would just make them even bigger targets than they already are. And now they won’t have a way to defend themselves? That sounds like a nightmare. I used to play Overwatch and would always play support. There’s no way in hell i’d trust my team to help me if I’m being attacked. They’re probably just gonna jump ahead and say “I need healing!” fifteen times and call me a trash healer as I get the shit beaten out of me with no way to fight back. If this is how support roles worked nobody would play them. I already get left to my own devices as the rest of the team ignores me getting attacked in the back line. It’s already a thankless and painful role to play and this would make it unbearable.

That’s why my TV doesn’t have internet access. I just bought a cheap laptop and plugged it in. It’s probably cheaper and runs software better than the cheap ass hardware they put into TVs.

I mean, we literally train them by completing the CAPTCHAs. Why do you think you were picking things like bikes, traffic lights, cars, and busses? The only question now is what’s next…

As a purchaser of many games online, that makes sense to me. Especially for younger people growing up with this kinda stuff it would be nice to differentiate the two.

Just remember that every time you see this, someone has to go home and tell their family that they don’t have a job anymore. Or someone has to explain to their landlord why rent will be late. These aren’t just statistics, they’re people.

And remember that every time this happens, it’s literally just to save more money for the “important people” and shareholders. And I guarantee we will see a price bump in Disney services before the end of the year for the exact same reason.

Something that will never stop being funny to me is seeing hardcore republicans and trump supporters getting caught doing gay stuff. Like, you wouldn’t have to hide it if you weren’t so desperately trying to create the stigma among your own party on a daily basis. It’s literally their own fault. If they weren’t against it you could just be gay and still support Trump and nobody would bat an eye. But instead they create this whole thing and just make it harder for themselves. I just find it so god damn funny.

If you like this genre this game is at the very top. I played Harvest Moon back in the day and this game surpasses it in almost every way. Plus, it’s $20 and goes on sale for less than that very frequently, sometimes as low as $5. It’s not like you’re losing much if you pick it up. It’s one of my top games on my PC with over 700 hours.

I don’t know what game you’re playing because I’ve never run into this issue before. I’ve played through year 4 on several different farms and never encountered anything of this magnitude. I’ve been playing this game since day one and have had nothing but positive experiences and so has pretty much everyone else. If minor adjustments to gameplay are enough to classify a game as being in perpetual Early Access, then every single game that is being made today is in perpetual Early Access. In fact in most games you don’t even get the new content with the updates. Also, the game costs $20 it’s not like you’re spending over $100 for the Premium Deluxe Edition Game of the Year Season Pass Preorder Bundle. It’s $20 and goes on sale so frequently you could pick it up for $5 four or five times a year.
