Ok. Thank you for clarifying. I had initially considered joining them because the description said “leftist meme space” which is similar to a subreddit I frequented but I gave up when the form basically asked me if I was a vegan.

Maybe it’s worth buying a gun and learning how to use it so that, if they come for you, you at least get to kill a fascist.
This could be the only thing that would deter them.
It makes sense to continue working there but then leak everything to an independent journalist.
Thank you for the explanation. Apparently, they defederated from the instance I’m using because of transphobia. Is it worth changing instance to see their content? (And perhaps I should to begin with?) I wasn’t aware of transphobia when I joined it originally.
Thank you for informing me. I’ll take a look in ten years if they are still around.
In any case, I knew I would be banned eventually regardless so I just did as much agitating as possible until that point came.
There’s a reason why most of the people still there and ostensibly on the left are doomers. Reddit won’t tolerate anyone else. This also has the effect of encouraging more people to become doomers and not take any action.
Thank you. Just took a breif look at Hexbear. I wasn’t able to see much but from one comment I was able to see, they seem like colourful characters. Lemmygrad are obviously tankies. Don’t know what I was expecting from the name.
That if Trump annexes Canada, European countries should provide weapons and ammunition to Canadian guerrilla groups. Tends to scare people IRL. Didn’t get into an argument on Reddit over it. They just report me.
I wonder if the reason is because 50501 started on Reddit and they are determined to not let it happen again.
Maybe you got shadowbanned?
Sounds a lot like what happened on Xitter after Musk took over. I suspect they are intentionally targeting left wingers.
I got banned for saying people should engage in mass protest against the arrest of judges and prevent anyone from entering and leaving the building in which they are held until they are released.
I’ll create a new Reddit account when I can be bothered to create a new email address.
What were you banned for?
I don’t think I do.
Probably slightly controversial but I’m actually missing getting into arguments with strangers. I feel like I need some conflict in my life.
I saw someone praising Stalin earlier. It seems you’re right.
My ban was for saying there should be mass protests outside the building in which that American judge was held and that these protests should prevent anyone from entering or leaving until that judge is released. Apparently, that’s “violence”, even though it’s self-defence against the violence of a fascist state.
I just continued using posting the same things I did before until I got banned, trying to figure out how to evade the ban for the sake of it.
Why? I literally just joined.
Triggered American bourgeois. Worth moving away for their reaction alone.
