Yes we need to make sure the instances we populate are robust and almost as strong and reliable as a central model.

This is the same type of scandal like the pao one. Reddit changed completely after that and the massive bans of subreddits. Only that time nobody decided to leave. I hope we grow to millions strong here soon and Reddit becomes a forgotten shell

Though there is a danger to the federation model. Where are images stored and what if an instance shuts down. Is everything lost from that instance?
