Yes, but mainly because Valve doesn’t want to deal with Nintendo’s lawyers since it used their libraries.

Fair enough, thanks!
What’s specifically so much better about it? We’ve got years of watchlists and customizations to our Plex and it works flawlessly but if there’s a compelling reason beyond “it’s the new hotness” I’m all ears.
Then perhaps they shouldn’t have accepted it and striked as planned? The fact that it wasn’t “enough” for the workers isn’t on the POTUS and doesn’t negate his actions.
Oddly enough, one of the old BB forums from just after the Something Awful days is one of the few places I went back to when Reddit started dying. Sure enough, thousands of folks had never left and the “bump a post” system is still working beautifully on ancient forum software with a few new additions (embedded media handling, etc).
Kudos to those folks who never left, they had the right idea and I was so glad to be accepted back into the fold.
Fellow Nova user here. Love it.
Damn RIP
It really is great but that name is so weird. Anyone know what it’s based on?
Thanks again for making the move that much easier.

Jerboa alone has made the transition from Boost on Reddit to Lemmy and the fediverse incredibly easy.
Looks like the sorting has just been added as a feature on the GitHub release!
Can you sort at all? I can’t seem to find Top or Hot, let alone New
Appreciate the working link!
Much cuter icon, thanks. It seems we can’t click/hold to save the image direct but opening the link in a browser let me save it.
Jerboa has made the transition much smoother than I expected. Dark mode, card views and basic collapsing and font adjustment is such a relief.
I’m not exactly sure any of my greatest hits have aged well enough to repost.
That time I got knocked off the reddit #1 spot by Obama’s AMA was pretty cool, but somehow I don’t think an ancient GTA4 mod holds up.
Appreciate the edits
