To have such resilience in the face of the storm is proof of strength within you. I truly believe you are more capable than you may realize, especially if you channeled a fraction of that strength into something that builds you up instead of tearing you down.
If you’re going to sit through the rain you may as well plant some flowers.

How about:
“Wow, I’m exhausted. Instead of tackling my list whole I’ll just do a small thing each time i get up”
Even if the small thing is just carrying a mug to the sink it’s still progress!

I do this to myself often.

You could consider getting a dry-erase board and putting it in a visible area to keep an ongoing list of things to remember/do.

I have notes on my phone but i sometimes forget to check them so maybe i should do this too.
