from Episode One and Episode Two, along with ideas and experiments for the third episode that never came to be.
Emphasis mine. They mean HL2 Ep 3 was planned and canceled. Not HL3.

I used to put a piece of tape that said “Sherlock” above the “Holmes” logo on a fan at a previous job, and my boss threatened to fire me for defacing work equipment and wasting materials.
This was the Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Fuck that place.
What happens to the ball? It rolls slowly off the table, and bounces a few times away from the table before coming to a stop.
What color was the ball? Blue
What gender was the person that pushed the ball? Male
What did they look like? Tall, average build, short brown hair with facial hair, maybe mid-30s, gray shirt, brown pants
What size is the ball? Like a marble, or a baseball, or a basketball, or something else? A bit smaller than a basketball, like a ball for kids or a handball.
What about the table, what shape was it? What is it made of? Round, wood, but like the cheap laminate kind with plastic edging. Metal legs. Like a cheap table you’d see in a school or office.
I feel like I imagined a lot more detail than others. The questions were really easy for me to answer, and like a lot of unnecessary details came to mind. The guy pushed the ball because he was asked to, and he didn’t know why he was there. Probably the schizophrenia.
But, by that logic, 2003 is the 4th year of the millennium.
No one ever mentions this movie but my favorite movie is The Fountain, with Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz.
It’s basically a love story set in three timelines, with absolutely amazing music, dark storytelling, and an unbelievably satisfying ending. A lot of it is left up to interpretation but it’s not overly complicated. Cemented me as a huge fan of Aronofsky even if he’s not always a pop culture favorite.

It did not understand the assignment, but it did give me a few reasonable examples of the original prompt.
If only it wasn’t running Windows 11
why is everything so broken…
Greed
Can’t believe Johnny Cash actually shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die.
Yeah, we are not dooming the planet - we are dooming ourselves.
I can see it. I squinted.
The people saying “we’re destroying our planet and need to stop” want to see all humans go extinct
See this is a little bit of a mischaracterization - the Earth will likely recover from climate change. The human race are the sensitive species here.
We need to rethink our rhetoric to make it clear slowing climate change is for the benefit of humans, not “the earth”
Ah… crab… broke my knife…
This just happened to me, once you make the bootable USB, open it up, go into EFI/boot, and copy grubx64.efi, then rename it to mmx64.efi
Everything should work from there.
Honestly the clients for Plex are trash though. We had SO many issues with Plex and have almost none with Jellyfin. The only thing is Plex is a few more features than Jellyfin (one that comes to mind is an easy way to search for open subtitles to for a show without them hard-coded)
The only thing, literally the only thing, that I liked from Win11 over 10 is that it can run x86 apps on ARM - I could play Final Fantasy XI (20+ year old game) on Windows 11 dual-booted from my M1 MacBook Air, when I had one.
From an access to information request, I was able to obtain the documents related to the decision to undo the 4-year long WFH decision.
What does this even mean? Information request to who? Are you sure you didn’t just read it in one of the hundreds of reddit or lemmy comments about this?
Likely because it just forces you to pay attention to what you are consuming. One of the most important parts of eating healthily is just paying attention to what you’re eating.
As a French press/Mint guy, I guess I have to agree.
