  • I had Squeak Squad on the DS and played through it many times. I’ve been playing through some of the others (still don’t have the recent 3D one), and my biggest complaint is just that I’m not the target audience anymore. Haha. Some difficulty settings would be wonderful. However, whenever I want to turn off my brain for a bit I’ll boot up Triple Trouble or Amazing Mirror sometimes.

  • At the moment I’m using Audiobookshelf (completely separate from my Plex Media Server, but running on the same computer) in a Docker container, but since I don’t yet have a reverse proxy set up it is LAN or downloads only. So, I would be very interested in an answer to this as well.

Edit: I just noticed your post in c/Plex; you may want to include a link to the other post in the body so that people answering can check the other to see if their answer has already been offered.

  • I generally agree, but I do somewhat agree with Beehaw’s decision as long as it is actually temporary. They say that they just don’t have the moderation tools required to handle the influx of low quality posts from those instances. Considering the ballooning of active users on all 3 of those instances (Beehaw, lemmy.world, and sh.itjust.works) I could definitely believe that. Paring down the amount of potentially rule breaking posts until you have the tools necessary makes sense.

The idea that every instance can just cut ties for whatever reason, though, is scary for the reasons you have outlined.
