1 year agoPro android tip: use NewPipe (or similar app) instead of a browser for YouTube links. Just make sure to set the app to open the supported links by default in android settings.

This is true. Although I think NewPipe has its place for when you don’t want to link your watch history to your Google account. So I use it like private mode for YouTube.
