For me it’s the Batteries Regulations.
It includes things like:
-
Replaceable batteries that is “easy for consumers to remove/replace” in devices like smartphones, tablets and cameras by 2027.
-
Recycling “of critical raw materials such as cobalt, lithium and nickel” in batteries will be prioritised and developed further by 2025.
Let me hear yours. It can be anything, and also regulations from the past which came into effect in 2023.
The EU continued to provide aid to Ukraine despite Orban Games.
The Digital Markets Act: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Markets_Act
USB-C as a general standard, limiting the manufacturers way of making more money and waste by using own connections etc.
It’s totally fair that they won’t put chargers into every box since you just need a couple ones in the future.
For me that’s one of the worst things. Thanks for hampering innovation.
Is 240W charging and 120Gbit/s data transfer not enough innovation for you?
Apples Lightning connector was only 5Gbit/s and usually 0.48Gbit/s
Oh yeah, look at all the innovations in connectors of the past. So much innovation! Wow!
Like usb 2 speeds on lightning for iPhones
Continuing to maintain peace in the EU.
