Just as you are leaving because this is not a good fit for you, there is someone else just as happy to see them come in and relax all those high standards. So don’t talk about your plans, don’t give away details of your job hunt, act like you’re 100% happy to be there and you’ve seen the light and want to work there forever (nauseating, I know) and just for a little while until you’re out, don’t trust your coworkers to keep your secrets.
