    I shaved my head and grew a beard. On my ID, I’m clean-shaven with a full head of hair. I can’t tell you HOW many people have thought my ID is fake.

      So so many years ago, I had very long hair and a relatively prominent beard. Then, one day, I did these things in quick succession:

      • Shaved off the beard/mustache
      • Got my college ID photo taken
      • Got a “business major” haircut

      There was about one hour of my looking anything like my ID photo.
