Hurricanes are extraordinarily powerful storms. Our current weather modification methods, which usually involve cloud seeding, cannot create or redirect hurricanes.

    I mean… I’m pretty sure we could if we tried. It just wouldn’t be able to manipulate them much.

    Like… what if we built, like, a really big wall to stop the wind? Used lasers to heat it up? Throw thumbtacks into it to make it SPIKY?
