CalyxOs is perfectly usable on a daily basis, provided you already have begun to un-google your daily activities (like GrapheneOS). Even in the beta channel, the updates are very stable with very few bugs (quickly fixed).
That said, I plan to switch to GrapheneOS when my current phone will stop working, as their security model fits more with what I’m looking for.
