    Lol, a Russian guarantee? Are those two words supposed to mean something real just because they’re shoved together in the same sentence?

    For example, are you referring to a guarantee like the 1994 Budapest Memorandum where newly independent Ukraine gave up its nukes in exchange for promises of protection from the US, France, and Russia? Like that guarantee?

    Yeah, no. Russian guarantees pretty much all work out the same way.
