    “the average person has lost 10 IQ points” is an oxymoron.

      I read it as there being a loss of 10% IQ points from the pre-pandemic average that is 100 by default. Which would be massive, considering the majority of people did not have strong symptoms.

      On the other hand, there was a lot of social capital and potentially EQ that was lost due to the breaking of social bonds, increase of fear and anger…
