Hmm that could work 🤔

Bro are you okay
YouTube, censor disnformation. The climate isn’t politics. If you’re a platform that amplifies climate disinformation, you should stop that for the good of every other plant and animal. Where your fascist statement came from I have no idea. Young humans are highly impressionable and gullible, setting guardrails on the amount of bullshit they’re permitted to access while their brain is forming isn’t fascism.
Uh, yeah I’m gonna say this list can absolutely go into the garbage. Calling Denmark first is pure comedy due to the insane cost of co-working spaces, Denmark being the second worst country to integrate into after Sweden, insane rental deposits and the unreal taxes. (Researcher tax scheme excluded 😉)
I can’t believe it’s not butter
I’ve been playing the newish Wolfenstein games on mine and they run so incredibly well. I haven’t played a campaign game before this since Death Stranding.
Yeah, makes perfect sense!
Sorry! I’ve only heard that title used in the context of software engineering gigs.
Exactly, not in software as in, not working for a software company.
😂 what!? I’ve worked with 11 engineering managers and they’ve all used emojis. You’re either not in software or you work for a bank/insurance.
Fresh green energy, straight from the orchard
Giving government money to muskrat companies is the scam.
Iceland is in their own dumpster fire with housing. You’re better off in continental Europe if you can get a visa. You also have the New Zealand working holiday option, which is a good time. I toyed with Iceland and have close friends there, it’s rough to get housing, cost of living is expensive because everything is shipped in.
Seriously does anyone know what they’re talking about or is this just marketing bs?
He’s embarassing himself? 😂
Your devotion to keeping a moral compass is not as strong as it could be, Buddhism and Hinduism are mostly just a curiosity.
Because you’re saying “don’t worry about the already built housing people sit on for short term rentals, those don’t count” they do count, there are a lot of them. How long would it take to build 9100 units in Toronto vs immediately dumpstering the airbnbs and forcing sale or long term rentals. There’s a part of the issue that you just might not be aware of, it’s the fucking vacant homes that sit there empty, making loads of cash during busy season.
You’re right, building more is good, but without bans on short term rentals and proper regulations around multi home ownership we’re just gonna build more units for landlords.
Fuck the internet sometimes indeed. https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/IN/IN12131
