Not necessarily, he could have done nothing but be freaked out for 27 minutes then took 2 minutes to eat the slice.
I’m not saying he took 29 minutes to eat one slice, I’m saying it’s impossible and irresponsible to only eat one slice of a hot freshly delivered pizza in 29 minutes, leaving the rest to get cold.
