Shot in officer involved shooting?
Shot by a police officer.
Body cam or the police are guilty
armed with a handgun. After officers ordered Shriner to drop the firearm, she refused numerous times, and pointed the handgun toward the officers
- Provide bodycam footage to prove this.
- If she actually did, she is a super dumb dumb. Dafuq you point a gun at cops? Drugs or suicide or just stupid.
Yeah, especially LAPD. They can’t even be trusted with footage.
I think that it was dark and she didn’t know they were cops.
Maybe she just saw men roaming around the yard in the dark and acted accordingly.
Most likely this plus they were shining flashlights in her eyes so she couldn’t see anything. Cops have murdered numerous people with this tactic.
Remember the police public statements are lies 99% of the time.
There is really no need to make up absurd numbers when the real number is already way too high.
98.99
I bet, or at least hope the LAPD lies crumble on this one and the charges get dropped/reduced.
" LAPD officers approached the back of a home where one of the suspects was seen running and Shriner reportedly appeared in the yard of a nearby residence, armed with a handgun. After officers ordered Shriner to drop the firearm, she refused numerous times, and pointed the handgun toward the officers, per the news release, and a shootout took place during which Shriner was struck by gunfire and retreated back into her residence."
So you know what really happened is that a few dark unknown people where storming around in her back yard in the middle of the night and one of them screamed at her to “drop the gun” before opening fire against her for being armed in her back yard.
Yeah booking her for attempted murder is fucking ridiculous.
When they say “a shootout took place”, they probably just mean that cops, in the dark, shot her. $100 says she never fired, AND that she did not know they were cops.
Americans thinking that they have rights with their cute little second amendment is laughable.
I’ll believe it when I see the video.
Say it ain’t so!
Or maybe …dope nose.
If she wasn’t involved in the hit & run, I can’t understand why she’d point the gun at them. Definitely need to see that body cam footage.
Or maybe cops shouldn’t be stalking around in someone’s yard.
Even if this is all true, is it normal to be charged with attempted murder just for pointing a gun at someone? Isn’t that usually called brandishing?
It is normally brandishing unless she fired the weapon. The artical says there was a gunfight but only mentions police shooting. This artical is written like an 8th grader wrote it on their way to school.
If you point the gun away, maybe. Don’t point the gun at someone if you’re not prepared to shoot
I know that’s an important safety rule but I’m asking specifically about the law.
