I’ve missed out on so many relationships (platonic and romantic) because I met someone in a manic episode and we hit it off super well and then the depression hits and I isolated myself. Yucky

Joking aside, I’m glad you’re doing better. I only recently started SSRIs and what a world of difference. Quieted that incessant brain chatter and crippling self doubt right the fuck down. I can actually think like a rational human. Unbelievable
