      It’s ok. Once you are burned out you can just sit there for 70 hours and do nothing. Just like all the CEOs.

    Indians are raised with a level of perfectionism reward. Employees all across the world are being asked to do more and more, requiring harder and harder work to reach a level of satisfaction they are accustomed to. It is very easy to see why they burn out.
